Happy Canada Day All!
This is the official soft launch of my new fine art site. You will notice on my homepage that I have a link to where my rigging portfolio has been moved to. It just made more sense to me to have the main url as my art and my specific animation industry portfolio at a sub domain now.
I’m super excited about this new site and have lots of plans for things to come.
One new addition coming is my “Big, Fancy Neon Guild”. You should see a place holder for it one my home page. This will be my subscribers group! You will have access to a private Facebook group, get advanced peeks at projects, early access to things, special promos and blog posts emailed to you directly. I am also working on a small document that will go over my morning warm up process and how I connect before beginning to work. This will be available free when you join the guild.
Now where did the name come from? Honestly it was influenced by Terry Pratchett’s Discworld books. There are so many guild of different characters in the books. Being part of a guild gives you perks, connections and more. Then for the actual name I thought it was funny to make it very direct and matter of fact as a bit of a nod to Hitchiker’s Guide to the Galaxy and the blunt response of 42 being the answer to life and the universe.
Some other things in the making include free mobile wallpaper, tutorials, and integrating my art page and an online store. I’m currently sourcing printing options.
So lots of things on the horizon, that will be communicated to you all via my instagram and Facebook page until my subscription guild is ready to go.
